Location: Gurgaon
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts Included)
Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Offs
Cab Facility: Available (Within Hiring Zone)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months
(Mandatory BFSI Experience)
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Undergraduate
Minimum 6 months BFSI experience (Mandatory)
⌨ Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM
Ability to handle 2+ concurrent chats
Excellent English Communication (Verbal & Written)
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat process professionally and efficiently
Manage multiple live chats simultaneously
Provide accurate information related to financial products & services
Ensure high customer satisfaction & quality compliance
Achieve defined KPIs and productivity targets
