$1,750 - $2,500 USD On Target Earnings:

$250 - $1,500 USD (based on monthly / quarterly KPIs) Total potential monthly salary:

Key Responsibilities

Own onboarding and training for new Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs) Run structured 30 / 60 / 90-day ramp plans with LOA placed with our clients Build and maintain training materials, SOPs, playbooks, and certification workflows Serve as the internal mortgage subject matter expert Train LOAs on the full loan lifecycle, from intake through closing Teach LOAs how to review and understand file quality, including underwriting readiness Improve operational consistency, process quality, and handoff discipline Identify knowledge gaps and create targeted coaching and training plans Partner with leadership to design better systems and workflows Use AI tools to build internal tools, documentation, automations, and training resources for employees

Success in This Role Will Be Measured By

Speed of new LOAs to certification Cost of new LOAs to certification Client retention / churn (once a LOA is placed with a client, you will be partially responsible of the retention through the LOA's work quality) CSAT from clients working with our LOA NPS from clients working with our LOA

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of mortgage industry experience Strong knowledge of the full loan cycle Deep expertise in mortgage operations as a subject matter expert Able to underwrite or assess underwriting quality on files Strong process mindset with the ability to build repeatable systems Experience creating and delivering training, onboarding programs, and documentation Comfortable coaching team members and improving performance over time Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to internal operations and employee enablement
