Company Description Anovus Institute of Clinical Research is recognized as the first Centre of Excellence in Clinical Research in northern India, located in Chandigarh. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Counsellor role based in Chandigarh. The Counsellor will provide guidance to prospective students on program offerings and career opportunities in clinical research. Responsibilities include counseling students, answering program-related questions, managing admissions inquiries, evaluating applicants, and maintaining a database of prospective and enrolled students. The role requires collaboration with the administration team to ensure a seamless admissions process. The candidate will be required to coordinate with the University as well as make presentations in professional colleges to appraise students about the field of Clinical Research and its scope.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and counsel students. Knowledge of student admissions processes and interest in clinical research education. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records. Proficiency in basic computer operations and database management. Professional approach with a proactive and empathetic attitude. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred. Experience in counseling, education, or customer service is advantageous. Should be open to travelling to the University or various colleges for making presentations. The institute has its weekly off on Friday, with Sunday being a working day.
