Deputy Director - Study Abroad

We’re looking for an experienced leader to head our Study Abroad division and take full ownership of counselling, admissions, and visa operations for global destinations.

What You’ll Do: Lead and scale the Study Abroad vertical. Oversee counselling, applications, admissions & visas end-to-end. Build and manage a high-performing team. Maintain strong university & partner relationships. Drive conversions, improve approval rates, and ensure quality processes. Collaborate with marketing to grow the division. Track performance metrics and report to leadership.

What We Expect 5–10+ years in Study Abroad / Overseas Education. Strong knowledge of admissions & visa procedures. Team leadership experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage operations independently.
