Senior RF/Analog Layout Engineer
to join our growing team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
Detailed transistor-level layout of RF and analog circuit blocks including
LNA, Mixers, PLL, LO generation, Modulators, Power Amplifiers, ADC/DAC, Baseband filters, Bandgap/Bias/LDO
Block-level and top-level layout execution through full verification flow (Extraction, DRC, LVS, DFM)
Layout review covering power/ground routing, electromigration, signal path checks, IQ & differential matching, and signal coupling
Top-level layout integration and verification
Floor planning collaboration with global design teams
Methodology development and scripting for layout automation (SKILL/Perl/Python/TCL/Shell)
Proactively identify failure-prone structures and collaborate with circuit designers for optimized solutions
Lead layout engineers for top-level integration
✅ Key Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in custom RF/Analog layout
Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies (14nm FinFET & below)
Expertise in device matching, parasitic minimization, RF shielding, high-frequency routing
Solid understanding of RC delay, electromigration, coupling effects
Familiarity with guard rings, DNW, PN junctions, and process effects (LOD, WPE, etc.)
Strong experience in CALIBRE DRC/ERC/LVS interpretation
Proficiency in CADENCE layout tools
Good scripting knowledge (PERL or SKILL is a plus)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional/global teams
