The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge of international education systems and the ability to provide end-to-end counselling—from profile evaluation to university selection and enrolment—while consistently meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide personalized counselling to students by evaluating their academic background, career goals, and preferred study destinations.
• Guide students to select suitable universities, colleges, and programs aligned with their profiles and aspirations.
• Support students in building strong applications, including Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and resumes.
• Advise students on tuition fees, living expenses, budgeting, and overall financial planning for studying abroad.
• Stay updated with admission requirements, visa processes, and education trends across key destinations.
• Achieve assigned monthly and intake-level targets related to counselling, conversions, and enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM tools and internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive student experience. Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in Study Abroad counselling.
• Hands-on experience counselling students for countries such as
UK, Australia, USA, Canada, and France.
• Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic analytics/metrics tracking.
