Content Graphics Designer

with hands-on experience with at least 4 years of creative agency experience to join in-house design team of a leading pharmaceutical company. This role requires a professional who can design visually compelling/engaging content across digital and print media. The ideal candidate will be responsible to churn quick adaptation designs and marketing collaterals for different brand teams.

Role: Content Graphics Designer Location: Mumbai, India (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Contract (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities: Work closely with brand teams to deliver high-impact content designs. Design branded/non-branded content, marketing collaterals and digital assets. Ensure consistency across all visual materials in line with brand guidelines and corporate identity. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines Collaborate with external vendors for production/printing Stay current on design trends, healthcare communication standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements: Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, visual storytelling, and multi-platform design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools is a plus. Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and accessibility in design. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field. Familiarity with AI tools and other new-age design solutions. Having design experience of healthcare professional (HCP) and direct-to consumer (DTC) marketing materials. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or interactive media (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
