Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter, you are the bridge between initial interest and a closed deal. Your primary goal is to engage with potential leads, qualify their needs, and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact, representing an esteemed client with professionalism and persuasion.
Responsible for lead qualification, call booking, and improving show-up rates for the sales team.
Language preferred from candidates: English, Hindi & Tamil
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound & outbound leads
2. Book qualified strategy calls
3. Maintain CRM accuracy
4. Follow structured follow-up system
KPI Metrics
1. Calls booked per week
2. Show-up rate (%)
3. Conversion to sales call
4. CRM data accuracy
Compensation Structure
1.
Fixed Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Depends on interview)
2.
Performance Bonus : ₹500–₹1,000 per qualified show-up
3.
Closing Incentive : 2%–3% of closed deal value
4.
Monthly Target Bonus : ₹5,000 (if show-up rate > 70%)
