Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Representative, based in Saket with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role involves responding to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and a commitment to achieving high Customer Satisfaction levels
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers
Experience in Customer Service and Troubleshooting processes
Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (Saket and remote)
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
