Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite) Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Relevant Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Yardi Functional Consultant to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on providing functional support, troubleshooting, system optimization, and user assistance for the Yardi Voyager platform and other integrated financial systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in property accounting, ERP support, and financial systems management.

Key Responsibilities 1. Yardi Application Support & Troubleshooting - Provide day-to-day functional support for Yardi Voyager modules (GL, AP, AR, Lease Administration, Property Accounting, etc.) - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related incidents and service requests - Manage and track issues using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms - Escalate complex issues to vendors and technical teams when required - Ensure timely resolution in line with SLA commitments

2. Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - Communicate technical solutions clearly to finance and business users - Provide excellent customer service while maintaining system efficiency - Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, IT, and operations teams

3. Vendor Coordination - Liaise with Yardi support teams and third-party vendors to resolve high-impact issues - Monitor open cases and ensure effective follow-ups until closure

4. System Optimization & Process Improvement - Identify system gaps and recommend improvements - Participate in workflow enhancement initiatives - Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Contribute to continuous improvement of financial system processes

5. Documentation & Training - Create user guides and knowledge documentation - Conduct end-user training sessions on Yardi functionality and best practices - Support new user onboarding and system enhancements

Education & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology

Required Skills & Expertise - 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Yardi Functional Support - Strong knowledge of Property Accounting & Real Estate Finance - Experience with ERP systems such as Yardi, Oracle, SAP, or similar - Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira - Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
