About Us
National Utility Choice Program is a United States company that helps small businesses reduce their electricity and natural gas costs by switching to competitive suppliers and securing fixed rate contracts.
We are expanding our international sales team and are looking for experienced outbound sales professionals in India who can confidently speak with US business owners. This role requires generating opportunities, requesting utility bills, and closing commercial agreements.
Responsibilities
Call small businesses in the United States
Speak with owners and decision makers
Request electricity and natural gas bills
Review pricing and supplier options
Present cost savings opportunities
Close commercial energy agreements
Maintain CRM notes and follow up with prospects
Compensation
Training period first 30 days- ₹180 per hour
After training - ₹400 per hour
Commission Structure:
₹1,500 per deal for the first 25 deals each month
₹2,500 per deal for deals above 25 in the same month
Example Earnings:
30 deals per month - ₹45,000 commission plus hourly pay
Top performers can earn ₹11 lakh to ₹16 lakh per year depending on performance.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years outbound US sales experience
Excellent spoken English
American or British accent preferred
Strong persuasion and closing ability
Reliable high speed internet connection
Quiet professional workspace
Availability during US business hours
