Role : Functional Workday Time & Absence Consultant
Duration : 6+ months
Location : Remote
Kforce is hiring Certified Functional Workday Time and Absence contractors to support one of our enterprise clients. These positions will sit remotely but are being hired offshore in India. They will be joining an ongoing Workday Transformation that is affecting multiple workstreams. There are ongoing transformations related to Payroll, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, as well as Time and Absence. We are looking for candidates with strong Workday experience, but their Time and Absence knowledge must be equally as strong. They must have supported at least 2 global implementations and/or transformation projects within Workday Time and Absence and be Workday Certified.
Skills and Experience:
• Workday Expertise: Strong understanding and experience with the Workday Time and Absence module.
• Functional Consulting: Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and testing configurations.
• Time and Absence Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Time and Absence processes, ensuring alignment with global compliance and business requirements.
• Implementation / Go-Live: Experience providing hyper care and stabilization during implementation
• Training: Able to assist users that are learning the Workday Time and Absence module for the first time. Provide hyper care support.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Workday system.
• HCM Knowledge: Understanding of Human Capital Management principles and processes.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve the Workday Benefits module.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• Workday Certification in Time Tracking and Absence Management (must be current).
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience.
• Proven track record supporting at least 2 global Workday implementations or transformation projects focused on Time and Absence.
• Strong understanding of global compliance requirements related to time tracking and leave policies.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex organizational structures.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
