We are a Canada-based performance marketing company focused on scaling high-quality traffic across the US market through CPL and CPS campaigns. Our core verticals include Refinance, Insurance, Home Services, Finance, and Nutra (including GLP-1 related offers). We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer with a strong understanding of campaign economics, structured testing, and data-driven optimization to scale profitable campaigns across paid social and native traffic channels. This role is specifically for candidates who have direct experience running US lead generation campaigns and have successfully managed and scaled campaigns in the verticals mentioned above.

Key Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns targeting the US market • Scale and optimize campaigns across paid social and native traffic platforms • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key performance metrics such as CPC, CPL,

CTR, CVR, and ROI • Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining profitability targets • Work closely with creative teams to test and improve ad creatives and landing pages • Continuously test new strategies, audiences, and creatives to improve campaign performance • Monitor traffic quality and ensure compliance with advertiser requirements

Requirements • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance media buying • Proven track record running US lead generation campaigns (CPL / CPS) • Strong experience running campaigns specifically on social and native traffic platforms such as Meta (Facebook / Instagram), NewsBreak, Snapchat, or similar platforms • Direct experience working with US lead generation verticals such as Auto Insurance, Health Insurance, Home Insurance, Refinance / Mortgage, Debt Relief, Personal Finance, Home Services (roofing, windows, solar, etc.), or Nutra offers including GLP-1 related campaigns • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution, including experience with platforms such as RedTrack or similar tracking tools • Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions based on performance metrics

and campaign economics • Experience working with direct advertisers or affiliate networks within the US lead generation industry

Important Note This role is specifically for performance marketers with experience in US lead generation campaigns on social and native traffic platforms. Candidates whose experience is primarily in Search Arbitrage, E-commerce, Dropshipping, or general digital marketing without direct lead generation experience may not be a suitable fit for this position.
