Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - 0–3 years of experience in field sales or retail sales (preferred). - Must own an Android smartphone and two-wheeler. - Willingness to travel locally within the assigned area. - Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.

- Field Sales experience or strong interest in field-based roles. - Must own a two-wheeler for daily field visits and local travel. - Android smartphone required for reporting and sales applications. - Fluency in Kannada (mandatory). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to onboard new retail outlets and manage retailer relationships. - Comfortable achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Willingness to travel within Bangalore for field work.
