Role Overview The consultant will be responsible for implementing and integrating SAP sustainability solutions including: SAP Sustainability Control Tower SAP Sustainability Footprint Management SAP Green Ledger SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) integration Key Responsibilities Implement and configure SAP Sustainability & Green Ledger solutions Design and manage carbon footprint calculations (Scope 1, 2 & 3) Integrate sustainability data with SAP S/4HANA Finance Enable ESG reporting aligned with global standards (GRI, CSRD, IFRS Sustainability) Support carbon accounting and financial impact tracking Perform system testing, validation, and go-live activities Work with Finance, ESG, and IT teams for seamless data flow Provide post-implementation support and optimization Required Skills 5+ years SAP experience with strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO preferred) Hands-on experience in SAP Sustainability solutions Experience in SAP Sustainability Footprint Management (carbon calculations) Knowledge of ESG compliance & sustainability reporting frameworks Understanding of product and corporate carbon footprint methodologies Strong data integration and analytics capabilities Good to Have Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud for ESG dashboards Background in sustainability consulting / green finance SAP certification in Sustainability or Finance Qualification Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, IT, Environmental Science, or related field Relevant SAP certifications preferred
