Oracle Cloud Functional Lead

Freelance Oracle Cloud Functional Lead (Finance & SCM) Role Overview Oracle Cloud Functional with strong Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain experience, capable of architecting and designing end-to-end business process mappings and integrated functional solutions. The Lead must possess solid knowledge in both Finance and SCM functional areas. The role involves conducting workshops, performing fit gap analysis, and ensuring alignment of FIN and SCM processes for a large-scale implementation Key Responsibilities 1. Cross-Functional Solution Architecture Support end-to-end solution architecture across Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM modules. Manage cross-functional design decisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise business processes and organizational strategy. Analyse and validate functional configurations, proactively identifying cross-module dependencies and impacts. Define and design end-to-end business flows across Oracle Fusion Finance and SCM modules. Ensure consistency, standardization, and reusability of designs across entities, business units, and geographies. 2. Techno-Functional Design Translate complex business requirements into scalable, standard Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, minimizing customization. Support development of: o Functional Design Documents (FDDs) o Cross-functional integration designs Identify design gaps, risks, conflicts, and redundancies across Finance and SCM modules; drive timely resolution. Provide functional oversight for integrations, extensions, and reports (OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST). Troubleshoot and resolve cross-module functional issues, including accounting, costing, and data flow inconsistencies. Drive adoption of Oracle Fusion leading practices, standard features, and quarterly release readiness. 3. Functional Leadership Collaborate with process owners, functional leads, and technical architects to design and develop cross functional solutions. Support cross-functional solution walkthroughs, design workshops, and architecture governance. Support system testing execution, and defect resolution from an end-to-end business process perspective. Provide cross-functional support through key phases of the project - SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
