Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Regional Sales Manager
to drive
B2B sales across Western India . The role involves managing the
complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and leading a sales team
while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in
IoT, SaaS, or software solution sales
and a strong network within infrastructure or commercial building ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers through
networking, events, outreach, and inbound enquiries .
Conduct
client meetings and product presentations
with key decision-makers.
Manage the
complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure .
Build and maintain
strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders .
Implement sales strategies to achieve
regional revenue targets .
Work closely with leadership on
sales planning and revenue forecasting .
Oversee
daily sales team operations , track performance, and provide coaching.
Stay updated on
industry trends and customer insights .
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B sales
within
IoT, SaaS, or software solutions .
Strong network with
MEP consultants, commercial building consultants, or developers
is preferred.
Proven experience in
end-to-end sales cycle management .
Strong
leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
Experience working in
startup or fast-paced environments
is a plus.
Proficiency in
CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace .
Excellent
communication skills in English and Hindi and Marathi.
Must be
based in Mumbai
and willing to
travel extensively across Western India .
