As the
International Admissions & Conversion Manager
, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments by guiding, counselling, and converting prospective students interested in international education opportunities. You will own the complete student journey — from enquiry generation to successful admission and enrollment — while contributing to awareness building, revenue growth, and expansion of global education programs.
This role requires a strong combination of counselling expertise, sales acumen, and ownership mindset to ensure high-quality student engagement and consistent conversion performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling & Conversion Ownership
Provide professional guidance to students and parents regarding international education options, helping them choose suitable universities, programs, and career pathways while ensuring high conversion outcomes.
Lead Management & Follow-ups
Manage assigned leads through structured engagement, counselling sessions, and continuous follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed enrollments.
Sales & Enrollment Targets
Take ownership of monthly admission targets and actively contribute to revenue growth through effective counselling, negotiation, and conversion strategies.
Admission Process Management
Handle the end-to-end admission lifecycle including program selection, application submission, documentation review, offer acceptance, visa guidance, and pre-departure support.
Relationship Building
Develop strong relationships with students, parents, partner institutions, and internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Awareness & Outreach Activities
Participate in education fairs, webinars, campus visits, seminars, and promotional campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application stages, and conversion progress using CRM systems and reporting tools.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on international education trends, visa regulations, university offerings, and competitor strategies to improve counselling effectiveness.
Collaboration with Marketing & Partnerships
Work closely with marketing and partnerships teams to provide insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and student behavior patterns.
RequirementsExperience:
4 - 5+ years of experience in study abroad counselling, international admissions, student recruitment, or overseas education sales roles. Experience working with UAE, UK, Australia, Canada, or international university recruitment is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong counselling and consultative selling skills
Proven track record of student conversions and enrollment success
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Target-driven mindset with ownership toward revenue outcomes
Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills
Understanding of international admission workflows and visa processes
Experience using CRM tools for lead and pipeline management
Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously
