In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

- Apply core mechanical engineering principles—including thermal analysis, fluid dynamics, and structural design—to develop filtration products - Design and develop air filtration and crankcase ventilation filtration products from concept through production - Perform concept generation and detailed design using Creo or equivalent CAD tools - Ensure designs meet Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) requirements - Support system‑level integration of filtration products within internal combustion engines and vehicle platforms - Participate in product launch activities including GD&T, Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA), reliability assessment, and technical documentation - Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, testing, and global engineering teams to ensure successful execution - Respond to customer‑driven engineering requests with agility while maintaining technical discipline and quality - Use data‑driven approaches to evaluate performance, risks, and design trade‑offs

To be successful in this role you will need the following

Technical Skills & Knowledge

- Strong understanding of internal combustion engine (ICE) systems and vehicle integration - Working knowledge of air filtration and crankcase ventilation filtration products and systems - Proficiency in CAD tools such as Creo for modelling and drawings creation - Working knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA, reliability engineering, and validation processes

Education and Experience:

- Master’s degree (M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline - 3–9 years of professional experience in filtration companies or roles associated with filtration or separation science
