actually managed and scaled paid campaigns

for a women’s fashion or lifestyle brand and understands how creative, product, and performance come together. This role is for someone who wants ownership, not just execution. What you’ll be responsible for

●

Managing and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and Google ●

Owning key numbers like revenue, ROAS, CAC, and spend efficiency ●

Planning full-funnel campaigns, from customer acquisition to retargeting and repeat purchases ●

Working closely with the creative team to shape ad ideas that work for women’s fashion ●

Aligning campaigns with new launches, collections, discounts, and seasonal moments ●

Reviewing performance regularly and making clear decisions on what to scale, pause, or fix ●

Sharing insights on website conversion, landing pages, and product performance from a performance lens ●

Testing new formats, audiences, and approaches to find sustainable growth levers

What we’re looking for ●

3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience ●

Prior experience with a women’s fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand ●

Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads (this is essential) ●

Comfort handling meaningful budgets and scaling spend responsibly ●

Ability to think beyond dashboards and understand business impact

You’ll be a good fit if ●

You’ve seen what actually works (and doesn’t) in fashion performance marketing ●

You’re comfortable taking ownership and being accountable for results ●

You can balance creative instinct with data-backed decisions ●

You prefer clarity over jargon and action over overthinking
