About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Food Technologist with a strong techno-commercial mindset. The role involves meeting B2B clients, understanding their requirements, and developing customised food products and curated hampers for brand launches, employee kits, and festive gifting.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and interact with B2B clients to understand product, budget, and customisation needs.

Develop customised food products and curated hampers aligned with client requirements.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless project execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions across healthy snacks, instant beverages, dry fruits, and nuts.

Ensure product quality, safety, and feasibility based on food technology principles.

Basic Requirements :

Degree/diploma in Food Technology or related field.

Strong understanding of food fundamentals: food preservation, microbiology, ingredients, and processing basics.

Ability to balance technical feasibility with commercial requirements.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Creative mindset with problem-solving approach
