About the Role

Client is seeking an Operations Technology Engineer to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to create solutions, build systems and support workflow that enable core lending businesses across the entire lifecycle. This individual will build out systems to enable digital transformation of the operations team, create management reports to optimize and streamline the workforce, and provide observability over operational processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the business, project managers, and development teams to enhance systems and processes around lending businesses Build out workflow systems to streamline lending operations Integrate data between workflow systems and systems of record

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical roles University degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience in object-oriented programming and relational databases Understanding of REST APIs and software design principles Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively Results oriented and commercial

Required Skills

Experience with Pega workflow systems Professional experience with commercial or mortgage lending Worked with operational teams or digital transformation projects
