Executive Assistant

Role Overview We are seeking a highly reliable and execution-focused Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in business execution, coordination, and operational follow-through. This role serves as a central point of coordination across projects, stakeholders, and daily priorities to ensure smooth execution and accountability. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position requiring strong ownership, discipline, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities • Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities • Track delegated tasks across teams and ensure timely completion • Coordinate with vendors, partners, consultants, and internal staff • Maintain structured follow-up trackers and reports (Excel-based) • Assist in research, documentation, and administrative coordination • Handle communication on behalf of the MD when required • Manage confidential information with professionalism • Provide coordination support for business and limited personal tasks

Skills & Qualifications • 3–5 years experience in executive support, administration, or coordination roles • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Word • Professional English communication (written and verbal) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information

Work Details Full-time, on-site role Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
