Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and motivated person to join our team at GoDial. This role involves accounting, operations coordination, social media management, and basic video editing.

The candidate will receive in-house training, but should already have basic knowledge of accounting and taxation processes.

We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates. We especially value mature professionals who are looking for a stable and long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting using Zoho Books - Maintain records of invoices, expenses, and financial transactions - Handle GST and TDS related work

Assist with financial documentation and reports

2. Import–Export Coordination

- Assist in handling import and export related documentation - Coordinate with FedEx and other courier/logistics partners - Coordinate with banks regarding payments and international transactions - Track shipments and ensure smooth processing of documents

3. Social Media Management

- Manage company social media accounts - Create and schedule posts - Monitor engagement and support marketing activities

4. Basic Video Editing

- Edit simple videos for social media and marketing - Add captions, trims, and basic effects

Basic Requirements

- B.Tech or equivalent qualification - Knowledge of GST and TDS - Experience using the GST portal and TDS portal - Basic understanding of accounting principles - Familiarity with computers and internet tools - Basic knowledge of social media platforms - Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Preferred Candidates

- Freshers who are eager to learn - Experienced or mature candidates (35–50 years old) looking for a stable long-term role - Individuals who are responsible, reliable, and committed

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on capability)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
