Indian Silk House Agencies is one of India’s most trusted heritage saree brands with a legacy of elegance and craftsmanship. As we expand across East, Central, and North India, we are looking to onboard franchise partners and scale our retail footprint.

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and well-networked Business Development Manager who has a deep understanding of retail operations and has successfully onboarded franchisees in the past. The ideal candidate will leverage their network and market knowledge to identify, approach, and convert potential franchise partners while also supporting property identification and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential franchise partners using personal and industry network. Evaluate and finalize suitable franchisee prospects in target regions. Assist in identifying and shortlisting commercially viable properties for new outlets. Drive end-to-end franchise onboarding – from pitch to agreement and store opening. Coordinate with internal departments for brand standards, setup, and training. Maintain healthy franchisee relationships and track performance post-launch.

Ideal Candidate Profile 8–12 years of experience in franchise management, preferably in apparel/fashion/retail brands. Strong network in East, Central or North India retail markets. Proven track record in identifying and finalizing franchise partners and retail properties. Willingness to travel as needed.
