Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Assistant Operations Manager. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, tracking performance metrics, and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity. The role includes monitoring logistics and transportation operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and optimizing processes. The selected candidate will also handle vendor and client relationships, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to company standards. Qualifications Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Resource Allocation skills Expertise in Logistics, Fleet Management, and Transportation Coordination Team Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Communication skills Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvement Problem-Solving, Time Management, and Decision-Making abilities Proficiency in using software tools relevant to logistics and operations management Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Logistics, or related field Experience in transportation, logistics, or related sectors is highly desirable
