Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Executive located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with the flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for connecting with potential customers through phone calls, delivering excellent customer service, identifying client needs, generating leads, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Proficient Communication and interpersonal skills Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation and Sales Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets Organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate records Basic understanding of sales tools and CRM systems is a plus Prior experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage
