Financial Operations Lead

Finout is an accounting and financial services firm working with startups and growth-stage companies, helping them build strong finance functions. We provide services including bookkeeping, statutory compliance, internal audits, and strategic finance support. We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant who can own the Finance & Accounts function for a set of clients and work closely with founders and leadership teams.

Role Overview -

Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts function for assigned clients - Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, and MIS - Ensure GST, TDS, Income-tax, and Companies Act compliances - Coordinate with auditors and consultants - Support clients with financial insights, budgeting, and cash flow planning - Guide and review work of junior accounting team members

Who Should Apply - Qualified CA - 0–3 years of experience (articleship exposure in audit/accounting/tax preferred) - Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and corporate compliance - Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment
