Video Producer

We’re looking for a Video Producer to own our video content end-to-end — strategy, scripting, production, performance, and growth. What You’ll Do Own and grow our YouTube channel and short-form platforms (Reels/Shorts) Write sharp, engaging scripts aligned with brand goals Deliver visually strong content while optimizing thumbnails, titles, and formats to drive growth. Lead content from idea → research → shoot → edit/visualisation → upload → optimization Strong editorial vision to transform raw footage into a cohesive, engaging, and high-performing video. Analyze performance (CTR, retention, watch time, thumbnails, SEO) Be comfortable being the face of the brand when required Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and video best practices Use AI tools to improve speed, research, ideation, and workflows

What We’re Looking For Strong YouTube understanding (analytics + thumbnail sense + SEO) Scriptwriting & storytelling skills Deep understanding of short-form content formats Creative thinking with execution capability Research-driven content approach Comfortable on camera Strong communication & collaboration skills Interest in personal finance (preferred)

Bonus Knows how to shoot (camera, framing, lighting basics) Hands-on editing experience (Premiere Pro / Final Cut or similar)
