Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities

: Assist in

contract management

activities across projects Review and analyze

terms and conditions

of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements Track project

deliverables, milestones, and deadlines

to ensure compliance Support

dispute resolution

processes, including claims and variations Coordinate with project teams to ensure contractual obligations are met Maintain proper documentation and contract records.

Requirements: Minimum

7 years of experience

as a Contracts Engineer Mandatory experience in

villa, high-rise buildings, commercial, or residential construction projects Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred) Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
