Key Responsibilities-

• Lead TPM pillars implementation.

• Drive OEE improvement.

• Execute BE/EFQM initiatives.

• Lead Six Sigma/Lean projects.

• 5S implementation & audits.

• Data analysis & dashboard creation.

Qualifications-

• Engineering graduate.

• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certified.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query).

• PowerPoint expertise.

• TPM, Lean tools, EFQM, 5S.

Behavioral Competencies
