Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing key accounts. Responsibilities also include creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with team members to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Communication and Account Management
Understanding of business fundamentals and strategies
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
Highly motivated and proactive with excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the technology or automation industry is a plus
