CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE (ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Ownership & Client Growth
Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact for senior stakeholders.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with partners, general counsel, investment professionals, and C-suite leaders.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across executive search, recruitment, and technology solutions.
Pipeline Development & Deal Origination
Originate new search mandates and recruitment projects through strategic networking, referrals, and consultative outreach.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Consultative Solution Selling
Understand client hiring challenges and position tailored recruitment and technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Translate complex talent needs into clear, commercial proposals and compelling briefs.
Introduce and sell proprietary recruitment technology to both new and existing clients.
Delivery Oversight & Client Experience
Partner closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of search mandates.
Maintain oversight of timelines, quality benchmarks, and candidate experience to protect client satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the escalation point for clients, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and commercially.
Market & Revenue Intelligence
Stay ahead of market trends, talent movements, and competitive dynamics to add strategic value to client conversations.
Use market insight to proactively advise clients and generate new commercial opportunities.
Own revenue outcomes across accounts, with performance directly tied to compensation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience
Background in Law, Private Equity, Consulting, or M&A, with experience across account management, business development, consulting, legal services, or professional services sales.
Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships and closing high-value, consultative engagements.
Core Skills
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and commercial judgment.
Exceptional stakeholder management at senior and executive levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insight into revenue.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple deals and accounts simultaneously.
