DFT Manager

to lead and innovate in the area of

Design for Testability

for cutting-edge SoCs. This role offers an opportunity to work on

next-generation semiconductor technologies

and collaborate with global teams to deliver world-class solutions. Experience :

15+Years

Key Responsibilities Lead DFT strategy and implementation for complex SoCs. Drive architecture and methodology for scan, BIST, and boundary scan. Collaborate with design, verification, and physical implementation teams to ensure robust test coverage. Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Expertise DFT Architecture & Methodology : Scan insertion, ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, JTAG. Tools & Technologies : Synopsys, Mentor Tessent, Cadence Modus. Languages : Verilog/System Verilog, scripting (TCL, Perl, Python). Test Coverage Analysis

and optimization for high-quality silicon. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
