We are looking for an experienced

Performance Tester

with strong hands-on expertise in performance testing tools such as

LoadRunner, Apache JMeter, and NBomber .

Client: IBM Experience: 7+ Years location: Bangalore notice period: 0-25 days

Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using

LoadRunner, JMeter, and N Bomber . Conduct different types of performance testing including

Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, and Endurance testing . Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks. Work closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues. Monitor application performance using APM/monitoring tools. Prepare performance test strategy, test plans, and reports. Support CI/CD integration of performance tests. Provide recommendations for performance tuning and optimization. Ensure performance benchmarks and SLAs are met.

Mandatory Skills: 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing. Strong expertise in: LoadRunner Apache JMeter NBomber Experience in scripting (C / Java / C# as applicable). Experience in API and Web application performance testing. Strong knowledge of performance testing lifecycle. Experience with result analysis and reporting. Understanding of application architecture and system performance metrics. Experience working in Agile environments.
