Internship - Quant Firm – Product & Investor Relations Analyst (Graduate / Early Career)

About the Role
We are a quantitative investment firm leveraging data science, systematic research, and cutting-edge AI tools to design and scale investment strategies. We have High Frequency, Mid Frequency and Low Frequency products, both absolute and directional. We mainly use futures and options trading but also do cash equity investing.
We are seeking a highly motivated graduate or early-career professional to join us in a hybrid Product, Project Management, and Investor Relations role.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about investments, quantitative strategies, and technology, who enjoys building efficient systems, managing projects end-to-end, and communicating complex ideas clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with senior investment marketing and distribution professionals, taking real ownership from day one. The role is designed to develop future leaders who understand both how quant strategies are built and how they are positioned, scaled, and communicated to investors.
Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership across a broad set of initiatives, including:
Product & Project Management
- Support the development, documentation, and rollout of quantitative investment products
- Translate investment and research concepts into clear product narratives, decks, and reports
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination using modern project management tools
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency using AI and no-code/low-code tools
- Includes –PPMs, Client Database management, Third party (Preqin, HFR, etc) database management, Email Distribution list management, Partnership agreements and more tasks as the firm grows
Investor Relations & Client Exposure
- Assist in preparing investor materials including pitch decks, performance reports, factsheets, DDQs, Datarooms, and roadshow content
- Support investor communication, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
- Maintain and enhance CRM systems, leveraging AI-driven data enrichment and analytics
- Gain exposure to global institutional investors, family offices, and fund managers
Market Research
- Use AI tools or similar to:
- Create and update Peer group (for competitive analysis)
- Source competitor’s marketing materials
- Research international markets to source family office and HNI clients
- Research and create generic industry reports (e.g. Derivatives markets in India, China, Brazil, etc)
- Work with different internal teams (in Dubai and HQ) to learn and contribute in the growth of the firm
Who We Are Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in quantitative investing, systematic strategies, and financial markets
- High learning agility, ownership mindset, and intellectual curiosity

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Marketing/Sales background a plus
Key Skills

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and modern productivity tools
- Exposure to data analytics platforms, or AI tools is a plus (not mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools is an advantage
