What role will accomplish: (Job Description)

You will focus on generating new business opportunities by adding new contacts into the sales pipeline. This is accomplished through outbound prospecting, also called “cold outreach.” Every day, this requires continually thinking of fresh lead development ideas and strategies to source possible prospects for your funnel. This is typically done through cold calls and emails, and it involves working closely with sales team to maintain their prospects and scheduling the Calendar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise sales and an understanding of the CPaaS market.

Proficiency in both French and Spanish is required.

Job Responsibilities and KRA’s:

Lead Generation and Prospecting Identify and connect with decision-makers at Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) through LinkedIn, based on our defined Ideal Customer Profile. Build and maintain a well-organized prospect pipeline, ensuring all interactions and updates are accurately reflected in the CRM. Lead Nurturing and Meeting Coordination Initiate outreach, follow up consistently, and keep conversations moving forward. Qualify prospects based on alignment and interest, and schedule meetings once there is a clear opportunity to engage further. Sales Process Support

Coordinate product demos and share relevant business case presentations with MNO stakeholders.

Track every discussion closely and follow through until agreements are finalized and all required documentation is in place.

Post-Agreement Coordination and Integration Management Act as the bridge between the MNO’s technical team and our internal technical team to ensure a smooth integration process. Monitor timelines proactively to prevent delays and drive progress through to go-live. Keep clients informed at every stage of onboarding so expectations are aligned. Relationship Management Maintain clear, professional communication and nurture long-term working relationships built on trust and consistency.

Preferred Skills & Qualification

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field 1+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record in Lead generation & presales process Good knowledge of the CPaaS market, specifically A2P messaging and WhatsApp Marketing Automation and its competitive landscape Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
