We are seeking

Management System Consultants

with a strong

Quality Assurance background

who can support organizations in implementing and improving global standards related to

food safety, packaging, sustainability, medical devices and social compliance

. The consultant will work closely with clients to implement management systems, conduct gap assessments, training, implementation support, and internal audits. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct

gap assessments, internal audits, and consulting assignments

for management systems - Support implementation of international standards such as: Food Safety Management Systems Packaging Quality & Safety Standards Social Accountability & Ethical Compliance Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) & Sustainability Standards Environmental Management Systems Occupational Health & Safety Systems - Deliver

training programs and awareness sessions

for client teams - Assist organizations in

system development, documentation, and compliance readiness - Support

certification preparation and improvement projects - Participate in

vendor assessments and compliance audits Candidate Profile

Experience - 2–3 years experience in

Quality Assurance / Food Safety / Packaging / Sustainability related roles - Prior

management system consulting experience preferred Certification Candidates should possess at least one of the following: - Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor Certification in areas such as: Food Safety (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 / BRCGS / IFS / SQF) Packaging Standards Environmental Management (ISO 14001) - Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001) - Social Accountability / Ethical Compliance - Life Cycle Assessment or Sustainability Standards Education - Minimum

Graduate in Science, Engineering, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or related discipline Key Skills

- Strong understanding of

management system standards - Good

documentation and report writing skills - Strong

analytical and problem-solving capability - Ability to conduct

training and client interactions professionally - Willingness to travel for

client assignments . Excellent communication skill (minimum English and Hindi) and computer literacy is must
