About the role
This is a high-impact
Revenue Program Management
role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to make our revenue engine stronger, sharper, and more predictable. As the company grows, alignment, clarity, and execution matter even more. Your role will be to
bring structure
to how teams operate, improve visibility across the funnel, and ensure we’re consistently driving
high-quality new revenue .
We’re looking for someone
early in their career
(0–1 year of experience), ideally with a
technical
or
analytical
background , who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving cross-functional problems. If you enjoy working with data, spotting gaps, tightening processes, and making systems run better — this might be for you.
What you’ll do
Keep our
revenue engine healthy
— clean pipeline, strong conversions, and smooth handoffs across teams.
Partner with
Sales, CS, and Marketing
to spot bottlenecks and run small experiments to improve performance.
Build and maintain
dashboards, trackers, and review cadences
that drive clarity and accountability.
Dive deep into
funnel data
— analyse trends, identify drop-offs, and turn insights into clear action steps.
Improve
outbound workflows and CRM hygiene
to sharpen execution.
Take ownership of
focused improvement projects
— refining playbooks, improving reporting, tightening processes.
Manage and optimise
GTM tools
(CRM, automation, analytics) so systems stay organised and efficient.
Give leadership clear visibility into
revenue performance and key drivers .
What makes you a great fit
0–1 year of experience
(internship or full-time) in SaaS, startups, analytics, ops, or growth.
A
technical or analytical background
that helps you think in systems.
Comfortable working with
data, spreadsheets, and dashboards .
Calm and resourceful in
ambiguous situations
— you figure things out.
Naturally proactive about
improving processes , not just following them.
High
ownership and curiosity
— you care about outcomes.
A strong
cross-functional communicator
who works well with different teams.
Exposure to
HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach , or similar tools is a plus.
