Job Summary
The Manager, External Pipeline Execution plays a pivotal role in supporting the Corporate Development (BD) function by managing all business processes related to the 3rd Party Portfolio. Reporting to the Associate Director, External Pipeline Management, this role collaborates closely with BD Directors and cross-functional stakeholders across Global BD, R&D, Regulatory Affairs (GRA), Quality Assurance (QA), Corporate Finance, Global Portfolio Management, NPL, GAPI, Legal/GIP, and Commercial teams.
This position is critical to ensuring a robust and competitive product pipeline for our Commercial Markets. The successful candidate will drive efficiency in internal assessments and due diligence processes, positioning the company as a preferred partner for external collaborations.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between Global Generics BD and internal cross-functional teams for external pipeline execution.
Organize, lead, and document cross-functional Due Diligence meetings; track decisions and communicate outcomes.
Develop initial project timelines in collaboration with Regulatory and R&D teams.
Ensure timely execution of due diligence activities.
Maintain and update the External Portfolio Tracker throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and manage prioritization reports to support deal prioritization, resource allocation and decision-making.
Support reporting requirements, updating files, ensuring data is accurate, and working with Associate Director, Business Analytics.
Support BD Directors in gathering and validating commercial market forecasts.
Work as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes.
Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory, compliance and safety requirements.

Job Requirements
Education
University degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience working with 3rd Party suppliers.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a flair for numbers.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical product development processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power BI.
Familiarity with IS solutions that support business operations.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Overall 5-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
