Key Responsibilities ·

Design, configure, and develop

OSM cartridges

for enterprise services (Fulfillment, Transformation, Decomposition). ·

Implement

end-to-end order orchestration . ·

Integrate OSM with

UIM

(inventory) and

IPSA

(service activation). ·

Develop and maintain

integration flows

using SOAP/REST, JMS, and Oracle SOA Suite. ·

Collaborate with solution architects and business teams to translate enterprise service requirements into technical solutions. ·

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across

SIT, UAT, and production environments . ·

Optimize orchestration plans and workflows for

scalability and performance . ·

Ensure compliance with

telecom standards, coding best practices, and documentation .

Required Skills ·

5–6 years of hands-on experience

in Oracle OSM development. ·

Strong expertise in

OSM cartridge development

(XQuery, XSLT, Java, Design Studio). ·

Proven experience in

Enterprise Telecom service fulfilment

(MPLS, ILL, SIPT, PRI, NPLC, IPLC, MSS, SD-WAN). ·

Good understanding of

OSM data model, orchestration plans, and order lifecycle management . ·

Experience with

UIM integration

for inventory and

IPSA integration

for service activation. ·

Proficiency in

Web Services (SOAP/REST), JMS, WebLogic . ·

Strong knowledge of

telecom OSS/BSS stack

and enterprise order management lifecycle.
