Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Customer Service Representative for Domestic and International Campaign ( Inbound/ Outboud/Chat ). In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and efficiently. You will assist customers in understanding products or services, troubleshoot their issues, and provide timely and effective solutions. Maintaining high-quality service standards and contributing to a positive customer experience will be your main focus.
Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support,
and understanding Customer Satisfaction principles
Strong skills in Customer Experience and Customer Relationship Management
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical skills to handle support systems
Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with fluency in English
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
