We are looking for an experienced

BASE24 EPS professional

to support and enhance ATM, POS, and card transaction processing systems. The candidate should have strong expertise in ACI BASE24 EPS, payment switching, and transaction lifecycle management. More details as below.

Experience: 7+ years Work Location: India (REMOTE / Bangalore) - should be willing to travel to Bangalore once a month if needed. Contract Period: 12 months, extendable

Key Responsibilities Support and maintain

ACI BASE24 EPS

application in production and UAT environments. Monitor ATM/POS/card transactions and ensure smooth processing. Perform issue analysis, debugging, and root cause identification. Implement enhancements, patches, and regulatory changes. Work on authorization, clearing, and settlement processes. Configure and maintain interfaces with networks like

Visa, MasterCard, RuPay , etc. Handle incident, problem, and change management activities. Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and business teams. Ensure high availability and performance of payment systems. Participate in DR drills and system upgrades.

Technical Skills Required Strong experience in

ACI BASE24 EPS Knowledge of

ISO 8583 message formats Experience in

ATM/POS transaction processing Unix/Linux command knowledge SQL/Oracle database knowledge Understanding of payment networks (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay) Shell scripting (preferred) Knowledge of switch operations and reconciliation process

Good to Have Experience in

UPI / IMPS / NEFT / RTGS integrations ITIL knowledge Experience in banking or financial services domain Production support experience (24x7 environment)
