Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Google Ads lead generation, preferably in the real estate sector.
If you are someone who understands performance marketing, lead quality, and ROI optimization — this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Generate high-quality real estate leads with strong CPL control
Landing page creation & optimization for higher conversions
A/B testing, conversion tracking & performance reporting
LinkedIn marketing & paid campaign management
Email marketing campaigns & automation workflows
Implement AI tools & marketing automations to improve campaign performance
Continuous testing to improve ROAS & lead quality
✅ Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in Google Ads lead generation
Strong knowledge of conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel setup)
Experience in landing page tools (Elementor / similar builders preferred)
LinkedIn Ads & organic marketing knowledge
Understanding of CRM & lead nurturing workflows
Basic AI tools knowledge (ChatGPT, automation tools, Zapier, etc.)
Strong analytical & reporting skills
Preferred:
Experience handling real estate projects
Proven track record of generating high-quality leads
Ability to work with budgets strategically for maximum ROI
