Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Investor Services & Operations Executive

with 2–4 years of experience to support Mutual Fund / ETF operations and investor servicing activities. The role involves coordination with RTAs and internal teams, handling investor queries, maintaining operational controls, and ensuring timely service delivery in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Transaction Support Handle day-to-day Mutual Fund / ETF operations including transaction processing, creation/redemption support, settlements, and reconciliations. Coordinate with RTAs (CAMS / KFintech), custodians, fund accountants, and exchanges for smooth operational execution. Track operational activities, maintain logs, and assist in resolving transaction discrepancies. Ensure adherence to defined TATs, SOPs, and internal control processes. Support data uploads/downloads, validations, and operational reporting. Investor Services Act as a point of contact for routine investor and distributor service requests. Manage requests related to account statements, folio updates, nominee/bank mandate changes, and transaction status. Coordinate with RTA teams for query resolution and timely closure of service requests. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for investor communications and transactions. MIS & Reporting Prepare and maintain daily / weekly MIS on transactions, investor queries, and pending items. Track service requests, reconciliations, and operational status using defined trackers. Support senior team members in management and compliance reporting. Coordination & Compliance Support Work closely with senior team members, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams. Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation. Stay updated on SEBI / AMFI guidelines impacting investor services and operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration. 2–4 years of experience

in Mutual Fund Operations, Investor Services, RTA, AMC, or Custodian roles. Working knowledge of mutual fund transaction processing and investor servicing workflows. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools. Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. NISM certification
