Roundglass Foundation is pursuing a bold vision to bring abundance and prosperity back to the state of Punjab in India through philanthropic initiatives supporting under- served rural and urban communities. Since our founding in 2018, we have been engaged in a wide range of far-reaching projects, directly involving village communities in building opportunity and sustainable development in the region. Our Model Village and Model City initiatives have impacted the lives of 2.3 million local people in over 2200+ unique villages across the state through projects in pillars of: Sustain Punjab, Learn Punjab (Education and Sports), Her Punjab (Women’s Initiatives) and Relief.

What you’ll do: Program Design & Curriculum Development Lead the design and continuous improvement of Sports Center curriculum frameworks, including training modules for football, volleyball, and emerging sports as relevant. Build age-appropriate, progressive learning pathways that integrate physical skill development with psychosocial learning (e.g., teamwork, resilience, self-efficacy). Develop inclusive programming elements, ensuring equitable participation of girls and children with diverse abilities. Codify practice plans, coaching drills, and mentorship content that align with foundation outcomes and evidence-based pedagogical principles. Draft and institutionalize monitoring & evaluation (M&E) rubrics to measure sport proficiency and soft-skill outcomes across cohorts. Training & Capacity Building Design and oversee training programs for volunteer coaches, youth changemakers, and local sportspersons who deliver structured sessions at field level. Partner with external accreditors (e.g., AIFF or relevant bodies) to integrate certification standards into coach development. Create trainer-of-trainer (ToT) modules to drive scalable capacity across geographies . Strategic Scaling & Innovation Partner with the Youth Development leadership to translate strategic goals into replicable Sports Center models across villages and districts. Innovate program variants (e.g., school-based modules, festival formats, summer play series) that enhance reach and engagement. Leverage digital and data tools to strengthen program management, outcome tracking, and real-time reporting. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Operations, M&E, Communications & Fundraising teams to ensure alignment between program intent, implementation quality, and external visibility/funding. Integrate learnings from Sports Centers into broader youth development strategy and influence foundation leadership on priority investment areas.

Community & Stakeholder Engagement Engage local stakeholders — school leaders, village councils, and women’s groups — to ensure community ownership and safe access for youth participation. Contribute to strategic partnerships with local sports bodies, federations, NGOs, and government agencies to enhance program credibility and resource leverage.

Skills and Qualifications: 8–15+ years of professional experience in

sports program design, youth development, or community-based sports initiatives . Deep understanding of

pedagogy for youth sports

and physical literacy frameworks. Proven experience designing structured coaching curricula and training resources. Demonstrated ability to translate strategic program goals into actionable, measurable frameworks. Strong project management skills with experience in multi-location or scaled rollouts. Excellent collaboration and cross-stakeholder communication skills. Background in

sports management, physical education, developmental psychology, or pedagogy . Experience working with

grassroots or community sports programs , especially in rural/underserved contexts. Familiarity with

local languages (Punjabi/Hindi)

and cultural dynamics in rural Punjab.
