Republic Digital is looking for a driven and well-informed professional to join its

Global News team

. The role requires a strong understanding of

international affairs, geopolitics, and global political developments

, along with the ability to translate complex global events into sharp, engaging digital stories.

Key Responsibilities Track and report on

global political, diplomatic, and geopolitical developments

. Produce

accurate, insightful, and timely digital news stories and explainers

on international affairs. Monitor global developments and identify

stories relevant to Indian and international audiences

. Work closely with the editorial team to deliver

credible and impactful global news coverage

. Stay updated with

international current affairs, policy developments, and global political discourse

.

Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience

covering

international/global news

in an Indian news organization. Strong academic background with a

postgraduate degree preferred

(Journalism / Political Science / International Relations or related fields). Excellent

written and verbal communication skills in English

. Strong knowledge of

global politics, diplomacy, and international affairs

.
