Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Engineer (Civil) to manage and execute large-scale building projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination skills, and hands-on experience in project execution, billing, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare abstract and measurement sheets, BOQs, and handle project billing

Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders, and technical documentation

Execute building project contracts from planning to completion

Monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables

Ensure adherence to quality control standards and construction norms

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Oversee site execution for civil, structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and finishing works

Maintain accurate project records, reports, and MIS

Use drafting software and MS Excel for drawings, data tracking, and reporting

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 4+ years of professional experience on large-scale construction projects

Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP services, materials, and finishes

Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD or similar) and MS Excel

Sound knowledge of construction quality standards and best practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

Effective team player with on-site coordination capability

Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a site environment
