Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a BIM Modeller specializing in Plumbing, Hydraulics, and Fire Systems (PHE and Fire). The BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing and managing accurate Building Information Models, creating construction drawings, coordinating with architects and engineers to ensure seamless design integration, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams on MEP designs and adherence to project deadlines.

Qualifications PHE&FF BIM Modeller (3–5 Years Experience):i. Developed 3D electrical models using Autodesk Revit for building and metro projects.Ii. Prepare Plumbing & Fire Fighting layouts including water supply, Drainage, Sprinkler system etc.Iii. Performed clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.Iv. Coordinated with Electrical, VAC-TVS, Structural and architectural teams.V.Maintained BIM standards and updated models based on design changes.Vi. Participated in coordination and client meetings.
