We are looking for a

Full-Time Sales & Marketing Executive

who can take ownership of visibility, outreach, distribution, and brand growth.

What This Role Involves You will work closely with founders (also Authors) to: • Drive personal brand visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & X • Plan and execute book marketing strategies • Coordinate online + offline distribution efforts • Build bookstore and distributor relationships • Track outreach, pitching, follow-ups, and conversions • Identify new sales channels and growth opportunities • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize positioning • Support book launches and visibility campaigns • Maintain structured trackers and performance dashboards • Research publishing, branding, and distribution trends

This is a

thinking + execution role . You will not be scheduling posts all day. You will be building visibility ecosystems.
